Zea mays. 70-80 days. This sweet corn is 3 feet tall with 3-6 ears per stalk. Hearty old-fashioned heirloom corn toothsome kernels, mildly sweet and full of flavor. It is one of the only sweet corns that can be grown in containers. Kernels turn from white to steel blue as they ripen and can be eaten anywhere in that range. Variety obtained from Seed Savers' Exchange who adopted it from Dutch seedsman Kees Sahin.
