(Petroselinum crispum): Translates from German as “easy cut. A flavorful, cold-hardy parsley with flat, dark green leaves, held erect and easy to harvest. Overwinters well for us most years, hardy to at least 20 degrees. Variety sourced via Adaptive Seeds from German biodynamic seed company Bingenheimer Saatgut. Packets are 1 gram and contain ~ 300 seeds. Grown organically but not certified.
