Apium graveolens. ​Tall Utah does well in most parts of the US but is a slow grower and takes all season to grow. 12" crisp, stringless stalks with a light flavor. Needs a lot of water and pruning of side shoots so the plant puts its energy into the main stalks. Grown organically but not certified.
