Phaseolus vulgaris.
Pole/Dry. Moderate climber, but very productive. Very pretty, oval, hot pink bean with dark red splashes and spots. The slightly chubby, 5 inch pods contain between 5 to 7 seeds. Online sources state that this variety originated from the Western Ukraine. My seed came from the widow of Michigan "Seed Savers Exchange" member, Richard Schoolmaster.
