(Agastache foeniculum): 65 days. Perennial. Also known as Anise Hyssop, this herb is native to Ontario and the central US. Beautiful purple flowering spikes are aromatic and make a great cut flower; both leaves and flowers can be used fresh or dried to make a delicious tea. Attracts many beneficial insects, bees, and pollinators. 3-4 feet tall, prefers full sun to part shade and moist, rich soils. Space plants 1-2 feet apart. Packets are 1/2 gram and contain ~ 150 seeds.
